The Maria Goeppert Mayer Scholarship is open to international students from around the world who wish to pursue doctoral studies at the US Argonne National Laboratory. This scholarship is awarded globally to excellent PhD researchers and engineers.
Scholarship applicants must demonstrate excellent skills in science or engineering studies and must make a clear commitment to becoming excellent leaders in the studies they pursue. Scholars work closely with their Argonne sponsor to pursue their study interests.
Fellows work as an Argonne Scholar with full rewards, an extremely competitive salary, and a research fellowship. Fellows may renew their appointments annually for a period of up to 3 years, with the option of retention.
